Question: How long is my rental for?

Answer: All of our inflatables are daily rentals. We will schedule drop-off prior to your event and pick-up later that day or early morning the day after.

Question: What if I need to cancel?

Answer: No problem. We just ask that you cancel at least 48 hours prior to your event. We will either reschedule for a later date or issue a full refund of your deposit.

Question: Am I required to make a deposit?

Answer: Yes. We require a deposit prior to booking your event. The remaining balance will be due upon delivery of your inflatable.

Question: What if it rains or there is bad weather?

Answer: In the event of inclement weather (high winds, heavy rain or severe thunderstorms) please exit the inflatable and power off the blower. We will work to reschedule your event or issue you a refund.

Question: How do I pay for my event?

Answer: We accept many forms of payment. Most customers pay with Cash, Check or Credit Card. Credit Card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee.

Question: Where should I put my inflatable:

Answer: It is recommended that your inflatable be placed on a flat dry surface. Please ensure before we arrive that the surface is free of any sharp or pointy objects, glass or piercing debris that could potentially damage the inflatable. Common Surfaces Include: Grass, Cement, Wooden Floors or Paved Areas. We will NOT place the inflatable on steep hills or surfaces that seem unstable.

Question: Can adults jump on the inflatable to?

Answer: Sure they can but no more than 2-3 adults at a time. If you find the inflatable becoming too rocky please reduce the number of guests inside.

Question: I want to move my inflatable after it has been delivered and setup for me?

Answer: Please do NOT move the inflatable after it has been setup. Most of our inflatables are well over 300lbs. so moving them could put you at risk of harm or injury.

Answer: If you have any questions or concerns during your event please contact us at the number provided during your delivery. We will be more than happy to assist you.
